I was quite nervous as I’ve not used something like this before and it was for my wedding day. I had emailed the help desk before hand several times to which they responded super quickly and was very helpful each time. The app was easy to use. You did not have to have you guests download it, just send them an invite. I love that it was there on the Lock Screen ready to press for ease of access on the day. We got some great pictures which were easy to download after. The only thing that may be a slight negative was it took a few seconds to get the next picture snapped , which is hardly a negative at all. I would 100% purchase this package again for any upcoming event. We were able to capture pictures we otherwise would not have been able to get (whilst walking the aisle, guest photos in the room waiting for ceremony to start etc) very happy for our use of the app and easy to use (we had a range of ages at the wedding from teens to OAP’s who all (mostly all) managed just fine to use it.
