Creating an event is very simple. Download the Lense app and set up a new event. Customize the event by choosing a personal cover photo to make it stand out and reflect the theme of your event. Once you've created your event, you're ready to share it.

Guests can simply scan the QR code or use the album link to view and share photos and videos in your digital album, anytime before, during, or after the event.

Yes! The host has the ability to review and delete any capture before they become available for viewing. We also have filters that prevent inappropriate captures from being uploaded.
Do guests need to download an app or register?
No! Guests access Lense in seconds, no app download needed! They simply scan the provided Lense QR code or link and enter their name to start capturing moments immediately. That's it!
Optionally, they can add their email to receive notifications when photos are revealed. The disposable camera opens instantly, so everyone can start capturing memories right away.
Do you also support videos?
Yes! After setting up your event you can purchase the video add-on which allows guests to upload- or take videos in addition to photos.
Do I keep all captures? For how long?
Yes! All captures remain available for 12 months from your event start date. You can download them anytime during this period, either individually or all at once (no extra costs associated with downloading). After 12 months, photos are automatically archived according to our data retention policy.
My wedding is months away. When should I purchase Lense?
You can purchase Lense anytime that works for you! While we recommend setting up your event 2-3 months ahead of your wedding date, there's no requirement to purchase immediately.
Here's what to consider:
• Print planning: If you're ordering physical prints, factor in time for printing and delivery. If you print them yourself, you of course can purchase a couple days before.
• Peace of mind: Early setup means one less thing to worry about as your event approaches
Pro tip: Even if you purchase now, your 12-month photo access period doesn't start until your actual event day!

How does the photo taking work? Can guests take unlimited photos?
Just like a disposable camera there is a set limit of captures each guest can take. You can fully customize this limit. This ensures a diverse collection of memories and encourages guests to be more selective in their shots. You can also choose to go with out unlimited option that allows for unlimited captures for each guest.
Can my event be multiple days?
Yes! You can set up your event to be multiple days. The captures will then end up in the same album.
Can I manage the captures in real-time?
Yes. While your guests are using our disposable camera, you can already view the photos or videos. This way you can monitor or delete the captures, or share them to social media.

You have complete control over when and how photos are revealed! Choose from three sharing options:

Do you need internet to take photos?
Guests need internet to join the event. Once joined, they can capture without internet. Captures save locally and upload automatically when connection returns. Plus: Guests can continue uploading moments they've taken for up to 12 months after the event, even if they couldn't upload during the event!
How do guests access the Lense camera?
Guests simply scan the QR code provided by Lense. It opens the Lense camera on their phone. There's no need to download any apps for your guests.
