Fair Refund Policy

Happy clients mean everything to us. If fewer than 50 photos and videos were uploaded to your event, you get a full refund of what you paid for that event. Photos and videos that were deleted later still count, except those removed by our automated checks. You don't need to give a reason.

Ask for your refund within 30 days after your event date. The guarantee applies once per event.

Bought in the App Store? Please request the refund from Apple first at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines, let us know and we will refund you ourselves.

This guarantee comes on top of your statutory rights. See section 11 of our Terms of Service.
