Yes, after a specific time set by you, all the photos taken by your guests will be visible to everyone.

How do guests access the Lense camera?

Guests simply scan the provided QR code, which opens the Lense camera on their phone. There's no need to download any apps for your guests.

Can guests save or share their photos?

Yes, after the event, guests can save or share their favorite photos with family and friends.

Yes, the host has the ability to delete any photos that are deemed unsuitable or inappropriate before they become available for viewing.

Lense Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the Lense Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate (“Affiliate”) and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate information during signup.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link via the Tolt platform. All tracked activity will be attributed to you via this link.

You are responsible for ensuring your referral link is properly formatted and shared through permitted channels.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn 20% of the net revenue after applicable taxes and payment processor fees on purchases made on our website by users referred through your affiliate link.

Note: We are currently unable to track in-app purchases, so commissions apply only to qualifying web-based transactions.

Commissions are valid for 120 days from the referred user's initial signup date. A referred user must complete a qualifying purchase for a commission to apply.

We may update the commission structure at any time with notice.

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed 30 days after the end of each month for the previous month via the Tolt platform.

Minimum payout threshold: $50
Payments are made via the payment method entered when in the Tolt platform upon registering.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.

5. Prohibited Practices

You may not:

Use spam or unsolicited messages to promote your link.
Misrepresent Lense or make false claims.
Bid on Lense-branded keywords (including variations or misspellings) in search engines (e.g., Google, Bing) or run paid ads that directly target our brand name or trademarks.
Refer yourself or engage in fraudulent activity.
Promote on adult, hateful, or illegal websites.

Violation may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

You may use approved Lense branding. You may not alter assets or present yourself as an official Lense representative. All rights remain with Lense.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated. We may terminate your participation at any time. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited in case of breach.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lense is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your participation in the Program.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
